The historic center of Alicante town will be transformed into a colorful showcase of merchants, craftsmen, animals and traditions where you can taste the best of the local gastronomy and learn how artisan products are made.

You will have an opportunity to taste some of the traditional dishes of the area such as: the ‘arrós en fessols’, la ‘coca girà’, ‘taronjetes’ and sweets of all kinds. Pumpkin fritters, sweet coquitas, Mahon cheese, pickles of all kinds, homemade honey, chocolates and natural roasted coffee!

There will be 55 exhibitors in the old town of Finestrat, presenting natural soaps, leather goods, wooden kitchen utensils, and much more… You will also have an opportunity to see demonstrations of artisans, educational workshops such as pottery for children, a small farm school and a recreation of several rooms of a traditional house in the Marina area .
